In an action for divorce, the defendant husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated April 25, 1983, as granted the motion of the plaintiff wife for exclusive possession of the marital residence and an order of protection, pendente lite. Order modified, by deleting so much thereof as granted the branch of plaintiff’s motion that sought exclusive possession of the marital residence and substituting a provision denying that branch of her motion. As so modified, order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, without costs…
