Action to recover the amount of two checks drawn by the treasurer of Williams county, North Dakota, upon the Williston State Bank in favor of the plaintiff, Osage National Bank (of Iowa). One was for $2,022.30 and the other for $6,420. They came to the defendant reserve bank in dne course of clearance and for collection and remittance of proceeds. Their course is hereafter shown. There were findings and judgment for the defendant. The plaintiff appeals from the judgment.
