Reversing.
Raymond King appeals from a judgment convicting him of voluntary manslaughter and -fixing his punish ment at sixteen years’ confinement in the penitentiary. It was charged in the indictment that he killed J. C. Lindon by carelessly, negligently, and wantonly driving an automobile upon and over Lindon.
