OPINION

BELCHER, Judge.

The conviction is for receiving and concealing stolen property; the punishment, three years.

*517The admission into evidence of the testimony of Officer Cantrell that he found a man’s suit and a tag in a locked room in the liquor store operated by the appellant is urged as error on the ground that the suit and tag were illegally obtained by Cantrell.
