Appellant Dana Michelle Aldrich entered open pleas of guilty to two felony offenses of impersonating a public servant, enhanced by one prior felony conviction. Appellant was sentenced to five years imprisonment in each case. In two points of error, appellant contends the trial court unknowingly abused its discretion in not rejecting her guilty pleas and further contends she was deprived of effective assistance of counsel.
