This action was brought to determine the ownérship of an eighty-acre tract of farm land in Columbia county. The contending parties all claim ownership under the last will and testament of Henry Black which was duly executed on March 3,1900.

The cause was tried by the court on an agreed stipulation of facts and resulted in a decree that the property was owned by respondent Lulu L. Singerman, who is the adopted daughter of Ida May Black, the life tenant named by the testator in his will.
