Complainant is the owner of a large tract of land adjoining the Pine Valley golf course near Clementon, in Camden County. This property she inherited from her mother, Virginia E. Ireland. When, in 1885, Mrs. Ireland purchased the major part of the land there existed thereon an ancient artificial body of water known as Large Lake. This lake had been created by the construction of a dam and the impounding of the waters of Timber Creek and thereafter the tract was known as "Bishop's Mill Tract."
