The Director of Revenue appeals from the decision of the trial court reversing the suspension of Charles Barlow’s driver’s license under section 302.505.1, RSMo Supp. 2001. 1 On appeal, the Director claims that the trial court erred in setting aside the suspension of Mr. Barlow’s driver’s license upon its finding that the police officer did not have a good faith basis for making the traffic stop.
