Suit to enjoin the-collection of a tax levied upon shares of stock in the Le Roi mining company. The mining company is a corporation created, organized, and existing under the laws of Washington, having its. principal place of business at the city of Spokane. The-respondents severally owned shares of the capital stock in such corporation, and, with one exception, were residents of the county of Spokane.
