GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.

A jury found Timothy Anderson guilty of one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin and one count of possessing heroin with the intent to distribute. Anderson appeals his conviction on the ground that the district court 1 erroneously denied his pretrial motion to dismiss the indictment, which alleged that the prosecution violated the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (“RFRA”). See 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb-l. For the following reasons, we affirm.
