In this application petitioners request that the court enter an order directing the administratrix of the estate to show cause why an action pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Bronx, Housing Part, should not be transferred to this court. The application is supported by the affidavit of petitioners’ attorney in which he indicates that the administratrix is seeking to evict the petitioners in summary proceedings instituted in the Civil Court.
