Defendant appeals his conviction for arson in the first degree and criminal possession of explosives.
The evidence authorized the jury to find beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant in the company of several others was in the unlawful possession of dynamite and exploded a stick thereof at the city hall and police station of the City of Woodstock, damaging said building, in violation of OCGA §§ 16-7-60 (Code Ann. § 26-1401) and 63 (Code Ann. § 26-1404).
