KITE, Justice.

[T1] After conditionally pleading guilty to a controlled substance offense, Mr. Sutton challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence discovered during a search of the vehicle he was driving. He maintains that he was unconstitutionally detained for a canine drug sniff. We conclude that the trooper had reasonable suspicion to detain him and affirm.
