ORDER

JARVEY, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter comes before the court pursuant to trial on the merits conducted from January 18 through 21, 2006. The parties consented to the exercise of jurisdiction by a United States Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). The court finds in favor of plaintiff and directs the Clerk of Court to enter judgment in the plaintiffs favor for $2,500.00, plus costs.
