The writer hereof was called upon specially to hear the argument of this case because of disabilities incident to the judges regularly presiding in this judicial district.

William Kruska and Mary Kruska (at times spelled Kruski) were husband -and wife and resided as such in Mt. Carmel, Penna., for some years. The husband operated a hotel in that place until or shortly before April 21, 1915, when he died, leaving his last will and testament, which was duly admitted to .probate, upon which letters testamentary were in due form of law…
