OPINION

MARTHA CRAIG DAUGHTREY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant James Terry Brinley pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud relating to a fraudulent investment scheme, in which he converted for his own purposes over three million dollars invested with him by approximately 25 clients. Although the presentence report recommended a federal Sentencing Guidelines range of 63-78 months, the district court sentenced Brinley to 108 months in prison.
