In this action under the Federal Tort: Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1346, 2671-2678, 2680, plaintiff claims that the fall of plaster from the ceilings of his house-on Turner’s Creek, in Kent County, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, during-the years 1952 and 1953, was caused by the firing of cannon during testing operations at the Aberdeen Proving Ground,, some 8 miles away across the upper reaches of the Chesapeake Bay.
