¶ 1. Livingston Township LLC (Livingston) sought to have 47.2 acres at the intersection of Highway 463 and Highway 22 rezoned from commercial and agricultural zoning to a planned unit development imposed on a residential zone. Madison Citizens Against Rezoning, John W. Robinson III, and Nell Wade (collectively referred to as Citizens) opposed the rezoning. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved Livingston’s petition.
