This is an appeal from an order or decree of his Honor, Judge Townsend, dated December 21, 1928, refusing a petition and motion of the petitioner, Talulah Darby, a daughter of John M.G. Branyon, to vacate and set aside a judgment rendered on February 3, 1905, in the Court of Common Pleas of Anderson County, in the main cause above entitled, upon the ground that the Court did not have jurisdiction of the subject-matter of the action, and upon the further ground that the petitioner, Talulah Darby, though named as a party defendant in the suit, was not made a party thereto by personal service of…
