OPINION.
Defendant-appellant, Cedric Daniels, was sentenced to five years' confinement upon his plea of guilty to having a weapon under disability,1 and to one year's confinement on the attendant gun specification. We affirm those sentences.
I. The Charge and Plea
Daniels was indicted in January 1999 on seven counts of felonious assault and a single count of having a weapon under disability, each of which carried a gun specification, and on one count of intimidation of a witness or victim.
