Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J), rendered July 23, 2012, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Defendant pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in satisfaction of a five-count indictment charging related crimes.
