Defendant appeals from a decree of divorce granted to her husband on a libel alleging desertion on February 10, 1928. Her answer to thA libel denied the desertion and averred that the libellant drove her from their home by cruel and barbarous treatment and indignities to her person which rendered her condition intolerable and life burdensome. The parties’ were married March 1, 1916.
