Before the court is the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons explained below, we grant the defendants’ motion in its entirety.

BACKGROUND

Pro se plaintiff Andre Sneed-, a former City of Harvey police officer, has filed a sprawling ten-count complaint against the City of Harvey, its mayor, its corporation counsel, and various members of its police department.
