General Parker appeals from the district court’s 1 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against Officer David Porter. Upon de novo review, see Levy v. Ohl, 477 F.3d 988, 991 (8th Cir.2007), we conclude that the district court did not err in dismissing Parker’s complaint, notwithstanding the liberal standard applied to pro se section 1983 complaints. Hall, 992 F.2d 151, 152 (8th Cir.1993) (“CM rights pleadings are construed liberally[, but] they must not be conclusory and must set forth facts which state a claim as a matter of law.”);…
