Plaintiff commenced this action to recover the balance of the purchase price on an Advance-Rumely combination harvester; the price being evidenced by notes secured by a chattel mortgage on the harvester, which mortgage plaintiff sought to foreclose. The case was tried to a jury, and, after a verdict for defendant, plaintiff appeals. Plaintiff is a New York corporation, with head offices at La Porte, Ind.
