On appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff following a bench trial, the defendants assert that (1) the plaintiffs sworn-account affidavit did not satisfy the requirements of Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 185; (2) the trial court erroneously prevented the defendants from presenting various types of evidence at trial; and (3) the trial court erroneously prevented the defendants from pursuing their third-party claims.
