Before the court is the “Motion for Summary Judgment” filed by Defendants, Nissan Motor Company, Ltd. and Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan), seeking dismissal of Plaintiffs’ claims that the design of the fuel system on the subject 1993 Nissan Pathfinder was defective. Plaintiffs (Leonard R.
