David Currier and sundry other citizens of the State against the Concord Railroad and the Manchester & Lawrence Railroad and the directors of each of said corporations, and the superintendent and other officers of the Concord Railroad. The first cause of demurrer being removed by an amendment of the bill by an averment that the complainants are citizens of this State, we are brought to the consideration of the second cause, which is, that it is not alleged in the bill that the plaintiffs, at the time of the filing of the bill or at any other time, ever had in any way any rights or interests in, or were in any way concerned in, or aggrieved by, any of the said matters in said bill charged and complained of against said defendants.
