This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant. There is not any judgment roll in the record. In Featherman et al. v. Granite County, 28 Mont. 462, 72 Pac. 972, it is held that under Section 1136 of the Ctode of Civil Procedure, providing that on appeal from a final judgment appellant must furnish the court with a copy of the notice *229of appeal, judgment roll, any bill of exceptions or statement of the case, the presence of a copy of the judgment roll in the record is jurisdictional, and without it the…
