This suit originated in Seminole comity. The present plaintiff in error sued ithe defendant in error and the father of the defendant in error for injuries occasioned by an automobile, driven by defendant in error and belonging to the father of the defendant in error. The injury occurred on a much traveled highway just out of Seminole and just below the bridge crossing Wewoka creek. As to the condition of the road at that time the evidence is not as clear as it might be, but it does not appear to have been a regular paved highway where the accident occurred, as one of the witnesses refers to…
