In July, 1925, Albert A. Kotte executed to J. J. Kiser and Sol Meyer of Indianapolis, Indiana, as Trus tees, certain bonds payable to bearer in the sum of sixty-two thousand five hundred dollars. The bonds were in denominations of five hundred dollars and one thousand dollars. They were payable as follows: $6,000 on January 13, 1927; $6,500 on January 13, 1928; $7,000 on January 13, 1929; $8,000 on January 13, 1930; $8,000 on January 13, 1931; $8,000 on January 13, 1932; $19,000 on January 13, 1933.
