RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Daniel L. Habhab and members of his family (Habhab), who are of Lebanese descent, operate a towing and car repair shop in Ames, Iowa. Habhab filed a lawsuit against several Iowa state patrol troopers claiming violations of equal protection, as well as violations of procedural and substantive due process. The state troopers moved for summary judgment, and the district court 1 granted the motion. Ha-bhab appeals. We affirm.
