A jury convicted the defendant of dispensing dangerous drugs (1969 Perm. Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 48-8-2), conspiracy to dispense dangerous drugs (C.R.S. 1963, 40-7-35), and carrying a concealed weapon (1965 Perm. Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 40-11-1). He was sentenced to the penitentiary. On appeal he asserts that police undercover agents entrapped him and induced him to commit the drug offenses in issue.
