—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Commissioner of Public Safety of the City of White Plains dated December 12, 1997, which, after a hearing, adopted the determination of a Hearing Officer finding the petitioner guilty of misconduct and terminated her from her employment as a public safety aide.
Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
