HALLEY, Justice.

A brief history of events occurring prior to the present action is necessary for a clear understanding of the issues involved.

In 1951, Norma J. Collins, now Craig, the plaintiff herein, sued her then husband, Clinton A. Collins, an incompetent, for divorce in the District Court of Oklahoma County upon grounds arising prior to the date he was adjudged an incompetent and placed under guardianship in the County Court of McCurtain County.
