The New Look Lounge, Inc., (New Look) appeals here from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dismissing its appeal from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s (PLCB) five-day suspension of its Bestaurant Liquor License which was based on violations of Section 404 of the Liquor Code (Code), Act of April 12,1951, P.L. 90, as amended, 47 P.S. §4-404.
