—In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring a certain parcel of real property exempt from property taxes pursuant to Real Property Tax Law § 420-a, Lorentz W. Hansen appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Hickman, J.), dated December 4, 1996, as denied that branch of his motion which was for an award of attorney’s fees on a quantum meruit basis.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
