— In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice and breach of contract, the defendants Clune White & Nelson, J. Russell Clune, and J. Russell Clune, P. C. appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Delaney, J.), dated September 25, 1987, as denied their motion to compel the plaintiff to comply with item 9 of their notice of discovery and inspection.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
