Porter, to restrain him from interfering with the flow of the waters of Silver Creek, in Lake County, Oregon, to plaintiffs’ premises. We have given above a synopsis of the pleadings filed, including the orders and decree of the circuit court, extracted from the 300 pages of printed abstract of record, with a view to the proper understanding of the issues upon which the main contentions of the numerous parties to the suit are .based and argued on this appeal.
