This is an injunction bill, filed by the complainant, a corporation organized under the laws of Tennessee, *690against the Southern Railway Company, a corporation chartered by the State of Virginia, engaged in operating a line of railroad running between the cities of Memphis and Chattanooga, and the Commercial Publishing Company, a corporation with a charter issued under the authority of the State of Tennessee.
