Exceptions of Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, Trustee

This exceptant filed seven exceptions on April 20, 1945, which may be considered together. They raise two objections. One, that its claim in the sum of $10,-574.63 was allowed as a general claim instead of a claim with a preference upon the proceeds of sale of Montgomery County and Philadelphia County real estate by virtue of a sale for the payment of debts under section 16 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1917.
