11 PEATROSS, J.

Defendant, Sandra R. Lofton, was charged with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of marijuana in violation of La. R.S. 40:966(A). Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State, Defendant pled guilty to one count of distribution in exchange for the State’s agreement to dismiss the charge of possession. The trial court sentenced Defendant to serve five years at hard labor. Defendant’s timely motion to reconsider was denied by the trial court.
