[¶ 1] Joseph C. McGillicuddy and Donald J. McGillicuddy appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) in favor of Maine Farmers Exchange’s (MFX), following a jury waived trial, on its complaint seeking damages for the McGillicuddys’ alleged breach of warranty of the contract between the parties.
