*1080In a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, in which the father alleges that the mother willfully violated an order of visitation of the Family Court, Kings County (Lopez-Torres, J.), dated April 27, 2000, the father appeals from an order of the same court (O’Shea, J.), dated May 5, 2008, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the order dated May 5, 2008, is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
