Appellant Minerva Arenivar appeals from a default judgment in favor of appel-lee Providian National Bank. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Appellee Providian National Bank filed suit against appellant Minerva Arenivar based on a debt appellee alleged in its petition she agreed to pay as principal obligor.
