Calvin Paige died on the nineteenth day of March, 1909, in the city of New York, state of New York. He left a last will and testament which was duly proved and allowed and admitted to probate in the surrogate’s court of'the county of New York, and letters testamentary thereon were is*526sued to Louis F. Monteagle, Timothy Paige and George M. Wright, named in said will as executors thereof, who qualified and entered upon the discharge of the duties of their trust in New York.
