This is an appeal by the defendant below, from a judgment entered upon a verdict of a jury, in an action instituted in the Supreme Court, and tried at the Hudson Circuit. The infant plaintiff, Margaret Egan, obtained a verdict against the defendant for five hundred ($500) dollars, and the plaintiff James B. Egan obtained a verdict for four hundred ($400) dollars.
