KRUEGER, Judge.
The appellant was tried and convicted of the offense of theft of property over the value of $50, and his punishment assessed at confinement in the State penitentiary for two years.
Inasmuch as the appellant challenges the sufficiency of the testimony to warrant his conviction, we deem it proper to set out the substance of the testimony adduced upon the trial.
