The defendant, Wallace Brabham, appeals 1 from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count of burglary in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-103, and one count of attempt to commit larceny in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-49 and General Statutes (Rev. to 1999) § 53a-122.
