This is a companion case to Doris, Administratrix, v. McFarland et al., ante, p. 594, 156 Atl. 52, the plaintiff and one of the defendants being the same in both. The cases were tried together. The identity of the parties and their relations to each other will sufficiently appear from a reference to the opinion in the former case.
